Corporate Sailing

Today innovation, creativity, the ability to think outside the square and look for new solutions are a critical part of corporate success. Sailing takes you out of the square. We take executives into an environment in which to succeed you need to absorb information, make judgments, think creatively and manage risk. Our programs require people to work as a team evaluating and making complex decisions to effectively sail a performance cruising yacht. We move people through command, navigation and crew in a way that develops new relationships and understanding based on collaboration rather than competition.
